- Techreme has the right to cancel the agreement at any time during the project.
- The customer is responsible for providing all necessary content for their project unless they have also contracted Techreme for graphic design services.
- Once the project is complete, the customer is responsible for maintaining their website or app unless they have subscribed to Techreme’s monthly maintenance services.
- The customer must provide hosting and domain registration unless Techreme has agreed to do so for an additional fee.
- If the customer adds extra features to their project after the quotation, Techreme has the right to charge them extra.
- There is no refund policy unless Techreme is unable to provide the services

- “Techreme,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Techreme, a software company based in Australia and Bangladesh, providing website design and development, app development, ERP solution, digital marketing, graphics design, and branding services.
- “Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to the person or organization that uses our services and/or accesses our website.2.2 All services provided by Techreme are subject to availability.

3. PAYMENT
3.1 All services must be paid in advance.
3.2 Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
3.3 We offer subscription packages for ERP solution and digital marketing
services.
3.4 We reserve the right to change the pricing of our services and subscription
packages at any time without notice.

4. CANCELLATION
4.1 Techreme reserves the right to cancel any services at any time without notice.
4.2 In the event of cancellation, Techreme will refund any payments made by the customer for services that have not been completed.
4.3 The customer has the right to cancel any services, but no refund will be provided unless Techreme cannot complete the job.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets, in the services and website provided by Techreme, are the property of Techreme.
5.2 The customer agrees not to use any intellectual property of Techreme without our prior written consent.
6. Confidentiality
5.1 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets, in the services and website provided by Techreme, are the property of Techreme.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 Techreme shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services provided by Techreme. without our prior written consent.
7.2 Techreme shall not be liable for any damages resulting from any interruptions, errors, or delays in the services provided by Techreme.
7.3 Techreme’s liability for any claim, damages, or losses, including but not limited to those arising from breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the services.
8. GOVERNING LAW
8.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
8.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
9.1 Techreme reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
9.2 Changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Payment Terms: Customer needs to pay 50% in advance before the start of the project, 25% once 50% project is completed, and the rest upon delivery.
- Cancellation Policy: Techreme has the right to cancel the agreement at any time during the project. In case of cancellation, the customer will be refunded for the work not completed.
- Content: It is the client’s responsibility to provide all the content required for their website development, including text, images, videos, and any other relevant material.
- Hosting and Domain: The client will need to provide hosting and domain for their website development. If Techreme is requested to provide these services, an additional fee will be charged.
- Additional Features: If the client requests additional features after the quotation, Techreme has the right to charge an additional fee.
- Maintenance: Once Techreme completes the project, it is the owner’s responsibility to maintain their website. Techreme offers monthly maintenance services, which can be subscribed to at an additional cost.
- Refund Policy: There is no refund policy unless Techreme cannot provide the services.
Terms and Conditions for iOS and Android App Development:

- Refund Policy: There is no refund policy unless Techreme cannot provide the services.
Terms and Conditions for Graphic Design:
Payment Terms: Customer needs to pay 50% in advance before the start of the project, and rest before delivery.
SERVICES:
- Techreme shall provide graphic design services to Client in accordance with the specifications outlined in the initial project brief.
- Techreme shall provide Client with a preliminary design proof and Client shall have the opportunity to request revisions.
- Techreme shall provide final design files to Client once the final design is approved by Client.
CLIENT OBLIGATIONS:
- Client shall provide Designer with clear and detailed project specifications and any other information necessary for the provision of the Services.
- Client shall provide Designer with feedback in a timely manner during the revision process.
- Client shall pay Designer in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the initial project agreement.
Techreme’s OBLIGATIONS:
- Techreme shall use reasonable care and skill in the provision of the Services.
- Techreme shall provide the Services in a timely manner and communicate with Client regarding any anticipated delays.
- Techreme shall make revisions to the design until Client is satisfied with the final product.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
- Techreme shall retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in any designs created as part of the Services.
- Client shall have a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the designs for the purpose for which they were created.
- Client shall not reproduce or distribute the designs without the express written permission of Designer.
Cancellation Policy: Techreme has the right to cancel the agreement at any time during the project. In case of cancellation, the customer will be refunded for the work not completed.
Refund Policy: There is no refund policy unless Techreme cannot provide the services.
Terms and Conditions for Digital Marketing:
- Payment Terms: Payment terms for digital marketing services will be provided to the customer after the initial consultation.
- Cancellation Policy: Techreme has the right to cancel the agreement at any time during the project. In case of cancellation, the customer will be refunded for the work not completed.
- Content: It is the client’s responsibility to provide all the content required for their digital marketing campaign, including text, images, videos, and any other relevant material.
- Additional Features: If the client requests additional features after the quotation, Techreme has the right to charge an additional fee.
- Refund Policy: There is no refund policy unless Techreme cannot provide the services.
- We do not guarantee any specific position in search engine results for your website. We perform basic search engine optimisation according to current best practice.
Terms and Conditions for Branding
- Payment Terms: Customer needs to pay in advance.

- Payment Terms: Payment terms for ERP and POS services will be provided to the customer after the initial consultation.
- Cancellation Policy: Techreme has the right to cancel the agreement at any time during the project. In case of cancellation, the customer will be refunded for the work not completed.
- Content: It is the client’s responsibility to provide all the content required for their ERP and POS project, including text, images, videos, and any other relevant material.
- Hosting and Domain: The client will need to provide hosting and domain for their ERP and POS project. If Techreme is requested to provide these services, an additional fee will be charged.
- Additional Features: If the client requests additional features after the quotation, Techreme has the right to charge an additional fee.
- Maintenance: Once Techreme completes the project, it is the owner’s responsibility to maintain their ERP and POS system. Techreme offers monthly maintenance services, which can be subscribed to at an additional cost.
- Refund Policy: There is no refund policy unless Techreme cannot provide the services.
Terms and Conditions for Cloud ERP and Cloud POS Subscription Services:
- Payment Terms: Payment terms for Cloud ERP and Cloud POS subscription services will be provided to the customer after the initial consultation.
- Cancellation Policy: The customer can cancel the subscription at any time by providing 30 days’ notice.
- Hosting and Domain: Techreme will provide hosting and domain for Cloud ERP and Cloud POS subscription services.
- Additional Features: If the client requests additional features after the quotation, Techreme has the right to charge an additional fee.
- Maintenance: Techreme offers monthly maintenance services for Cloud ERP and Cloud POS subscription services, which are included in the subscription cost.
- Refund Policy: There is no refund policy for Cloud ERP and Cloud POS subscription services.
