• AI-Powered Solutions

Note: Some services are provided by third-party partners. We are not responsible for any issues, delays, or failures caused by third-party providers.

• Provide timely access to websites, accounts, content, logos, images, and other materials needed for Services.
• Give clear instructions and feedback within agreed timeframes.
• Ensure all materials are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe third-party rights.
• Comply with applicable laws, including advertising and privacy regulations.

Delays caused by late content, feedback, or approvals are your responsibility.

• Quotes valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are in AUD, exclusive of GST.
• Payment terms are specified in the Quote or invoice (usually 50% deposit upfront, balance on completion).
• Overdue payments may incur 1.5% interest per month.
• Services are non-refundable once work or campaigns have started, except where required by law.
• Third-party service fees (hosting, printing, AI tools) are non-refundable once paid.

• Pre-existing IP remains the property of the original owner.
• Upon full payment, you get a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for your business.
• We retain ownership of frameworks, code, plugins, and know-how. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
• You grant us a limited license to use your materials for delivering Services and portfolio/marketing (with consent).

• We may use third-party providers for hosting, plugins, AI tools, printing, or other services.
• We do not guarantee performance, availability, or results from third-party services.
• Any claim related to third-party services must be directed to the provider, not Techreme.

• Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
• We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, website traffic, sales results, error-free websites, or uninterrupted uptime.
• To the extent permitted by law, all other warranties are excluded.

• Our liability for any claim is strictly limited to the total amount you paid for the relevant Services giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Liability for any third-party service (hosting, printing, AI tools, plugins) is excluded.
• You agree to indemnify Techreme for any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of Services.

• Either party may terminate Services if the other materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within 7 days.
• We may suspend or terminate Services for unpaid invoices.
• You must pay for Services performed up to the termination date.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services after updates constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to its courts’ jurisdiction.

• If any provision is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
• These Terms, together with any Quote or Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Techreme.
